Cromlix offers 20 rooms and suites, including a new ground-floor accessible suite and the self-catering Laurel Gate Lodge. The 34-acre estate includes a chapel, a private lochan, tennis and pickleball courts, and woodland walks. Guests have exclusive access to the Woodland Retreat spa with treatments from MODM and Bamford, plus a sauna and cold plunge.

Three dining venues operate on site: The Garden Room, a glass-fronted bistro overlooking the lawn; Cradle, a 16-cover fine dining room; and The Glasshouse, serving afternoon tea. Executive Head Chef James Mearing leads the kitchens, sourcing produce from the hotel's own Kitchen Garden and local Scottish suppliers. The hotel accommodates dietary preferences with expertly crafted menus and offers breakfast, lunch, dinner, and afternoon tea.

The Woodland Retreat spa provides massages, a sauna, and a cold plunge, using MODM and Bamford product lines. Outdoor activities include fishing on the lochan, hiking, golf course access, archery, and tennis on the estate court. Guests can borrow wellies in all sizes for woodland walks and use the croquet set on the lawn.

Cromlix offers valet parking, a 24-hour front desk, concierge, currency exchange, and luggage storage. The hotel provides pet bowls and pet baskets for guests traveling with dogs. An accessible ground-floor suite features a wheelchair-accessible bathroom with grab rails, raised toilet, and emergency cord.

The Victorian mansion includes a chapel for private ceremonies and a billiard room for guest use.
