The Garden Room is a glass-fronted bistro that looks onto the main lawn. Cradle offers an intimate 16-cover fine dining experience. The Glasshouse serves afternoon tea in reimagined surroundings, and all three venues are led by Executive Head Chef James Mearing.

Cromlix offers 20 rooms and suites, including a new ground-floor accessible suite and the self-catering Laurel Gate Lodge. All accommodations feature unique décor and views of the estate. The hotel also has a Gate Lodge on the property.

Hotel guests have exclusive access to the Woodland Retreat spa, which offers treatments from MODM and Bamford. The spa also has a sauna and cold plunge. Guests can book massages, including back, foot, full body, head, neck massages.

The estate covers 34 acres of woodlands and landscaped gardens with a chapel and a lochan. Guests can use the tennis court, pickleball court, and go on woodland walks. The hotel also offers fishing, golf, hiking, and archery.

The hotel offers valet parking, 24-hour front desk, and currency exchange. It provides daily housekeeping, laundry, dry cleaning, and ironing service. The concierge service can arrange tours and babysitting.
